How do I return an item? Return Policy
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for a full refund or exchange on all of our Releases due to a Manufacturing defect for the Lifetime of the Original purchaser. Upon inspection if we determine there is a Manufacturing defect we will refund or replace the release at our expense. Item (s) must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
The original purchaser is responsible for the shipping cost to ship their product back to us. Upon determination by us that there definitely a Manufacturing defect their shipping cost will be refunded
unless determined that it cannot be returned, or has a different return policy time period other than what may be noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Refunds or exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Again you MUST contact us if you intend to return ANY item back to Whalens Hooker Releases. Items returned to us WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded or exchanged.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault. |
